The location of the hotel in Hamra street is convenient as it is close to everything. However, being in such a noisy area can be a drawback for those seeking a peaceful stay. Despite this, some guests appreciated the hotel's efforts to ensure a comfortable experience, like calling them to ask for room cleaning at a suitable time.

Some guests encountered issues with the non-smoking rooms, as they still had a strong odor of cigarette smoke. The staff's reluctance to change the rooms added to the disappointment of these guests.

The staff at the hotel were cute and friendly, making our stay a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in the heart of the city and within walking distance of the coast. We also enjoyed the amazing breakfast selection, with tasty options to choose from.

The parking arrangement at the hotel was very bad, especially considering the lack of parking spaces in the city. The valet people were quite pushy and made it difficult to use the parking underneath.

The breakfast spread was lovely, with really good recipes prepared by Chef Hassan. The staff, particularly Ali at the front desk, were friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome.

The shallow end of the indoor swimming pool was too small for swimming laps. this minor issue was outweighed by the other wonderful amenities and services offered by this hotel.

Convenience, fast check-in, pleasant staff, 24/7 kitchen. Strategic location on busy El Hamra Street with numerous dining options. Satisfying breakfast. Prompt response to AC issue, excellent service. Well-liked restaurant team, particularly Walid on the egg station. Comfortable rooms with exceptional amenities like pool and fitness center.

the rooftop pool and sun loungers were particularly enjoyable. In the large dining room, the buffet breakfast was delicious and well-stocked. the exclusive amenities in the private room expanded my comfort level, making it a truly personal experience.

The only bad thing about this hotel was the minor issue with the shower, which was swiftly resolved by the housekeeping and maintenance staff when reported. the service all over the hotel was exceptional, including at the bar/lounge area, which was stocked with all of my favourite drinks.

Very central location for shopping & restaurants. Clean room, comfortable bed. Friendly & attentive staff. Great gym, lovely breakfast. Excellent Wi-Fi. Business center ideal for working outside office hours. Will definitely return.

We had a great stay at a well-maintained hotel with a hospitable staff. The location in the hip part of Hamra Street was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The outdoor seating outside the lobby was a nice touch. The rooms, although older in style, werevery comfy and tidy. The fast internet was a bonus. The staff were pretty good when I left my iPhone in the taxi and helped me retrieve it just in time for my flight. I highly recommend this hotel.
